DLM Civil Engineering & Land Surveying, Inc. (DLM) was founded in 1989 to provide quality design and surveying services to the development community.

Personal experience indicated that most large firms, though offering many services, tend to loose sight of the fact that the most important member of the team is the client, not the firm. On the other hand, most small firms, though client oriented, tend to be limited in their capabilities or depth of experience.

DLM is a small, client oriented firm that provides extensive experience in many service areas.
